Log onto the State of Indiana ePay website (see References section). Select the "Begin using ePay" link located at the bottom of the web page.
Select the payment type and click the "Next" button to go to the next page. Choose the filing year from the drop-down menu, your filing status and click the "Next" button. Enter your personal information and select "Next." Verify that all information entered is correct and click the "Next" button. Select your country from the drop-down menu and enter your mailing address. Select "Next" to enter your payment method.
Select your method for the payment and enter payment information. You can pay online using your checking account, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Submit your payment. Print a receipt with the confirmation number for your records.

Call the toll-free line at (866) 729-4682 and make a payment by phone. Indiana accepts payments by phone, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Note a convenience fee will be charged by the credit card processor based on the amount you are paying. You will also need to have your case number available when you call. This number can be found on your bill.
