File Form 2106 together with Schedule A (Itemized Deductions) and your Form 1040.
Use Form 3903 to deduct your costs to get and maintain your passport if you are required to move to a foreign country to take a new job.
Total all your passport-related costs and enter this figure on line 2 of Form 3903. Include your actual passport fees and related costs, such as a the cost of transportation to a photography studio or the office where you obtained your passport.
Use line 4 of Form 3903 to subtract any amount that your employer reimbursed you for these expenses.
Complete Form 3903 and file it with Schedule A (Itemized Deductions) and Form 1040.
